As a Maintenance Supervisor, your day involves leading your team, coordinating maintenance tasks, and ensuring equipment and facilities operate at peak performance. From troubleshooting issues to implementing preventive plans, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations efficient and minimal downtime.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team, providing guidance, support, and oversight of daily operations.
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules, procedures, and plans, including preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of equipment, including CNC machines (up to 5 Axis), Vacuum Furnaces, thermal spray coating robots, and other advanced machinery.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, ensure compliance with safety standards, and address hydraulics, electronics, pneumatics, and mechanical system issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory, while managing budgets and aligning with organizational goals.
• Collaborate across departments to align maintenance activities with operational objectives and handle emergency maintenance efficiently when equipment breaks down.

What You Bring

• Technical diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering with 5+ years of experience in electro-mechanical equipment within a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLC, CNC systems, and expertise in using electrical test equipment and troubleshooting various systems.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software, strong organizational skills, and an understanding of EPA, OSHA, and safety guidelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively, handle heavy equipment, and ensure quality and safety in all tasks.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
