מנהל/ת אחזקה - תחום החשמל
תחומי אחריות:
• ניהול אחזקה שוטפת של המפעל, כולל תכנון ויישום תוכניות אחזקה.
• הובלת צוות האחזקה והדרכתו, תוך שמירה על רמות ביצוע גבוהות.
• ניהול קשרים עם לקוחות, ספקים ורשויות, והבטחת שביעות רצון הלקוחות.
• פיקוח על עבודות שטח, כולל ניהול שינויים ותקלות במהלך השבתות.
• שמירה על סטנדרטים גבוהים של בטיחות בעבודה.
• ניהול מלאי חלפים וציוד, כולל תכנון רכש.
• הכנת דוחות תקופתיים על סטטוס האחזקה והביצועים.

לתפקיד הזה אנו מבקשים:
• תואר ראשון בהנדסת חשמל.
• לפחות 6 שנות ניסיון בתחום האחזקה בתחנות כוח או מפעלי תהליך.
• יכולת ארגון גבוהה וניהול מספר משימות במקביל.
• שליטה באנגלית ברמה גבוהה.
• אוריינטציה עסקית וכישורי משא ומתן.
• שליטה מלאה ב-  MS Office ובמערכת  SPPA-T3000
• נכונות לנסיעות עבודה לחו"ל.
התפקיד כולל שילוב של עבודה משרדית, נוכחות בשטח ועבודה היברידית מהבית.




Maintenance Manager - Electrical Field
How You’ll Make an Impact:
• Management of ongoing maintenance for the plant, including planning and implementation of maintenance programs.
• Leading and training the maintenance team while maintaining high performance levels.
• Managing relationships with clients, suppliers, and authorities, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Supervising fieldwork, including managing changes and issues during outages.
• Ensuring adherence to high safety standards in the workplace.
• Managing inventory of spare parts and equipment, including procurement planning.
• Preparing periodic reports on maintenance status and performance.
What you bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 6 years of experience in maintenance within power plants or process facilities.
• High organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English at a high level.
• Business orientation and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and SPPA-M3000 system.
• Willingness to travel for work abroad.
The position includes a combination of office work, field presence, and hybrid work from home
