A Snapshot of Your Day
Every day is different! As a LoA Coordinator, you are at the first row of GT GS project decisions. You coordinate and moderate the LoA Meetings, advise on process-related topics and document the management decisions. This will give you the chance to accumulate experience regarding the entire portfolio of our GT GS Execution Unit and to have exposure to management levels, which will give many options to develop your career. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Interface between the businesses and functions for all LoA related topics
- Close cooperation with the project teams, active consulting and guidance in any questions regarding LoA as well as the LoA tool (Salesforce)
- Continous improvement and evolution of the LoA process by identifying improvement potentials
- Ensure the application of the LoA process, including the timely announcement and documents submission, as well as the assessment of the accuracy and completeness and consistency of the data
- Organization, moderation of LoA meetings on management level
- Initiation and documentation of the LoA approval in time including conditions and/or comments in Salesforce
- Information & Publication of LoA-relevant news/info to the LoA community
What You Bring
- Sound experience in complex project environments Experience in dealing with stakeholders, including management level
- Degree (university/university of applied science) in an engineering or commercial discipline Profound knowledge in bid approval and risk management processes (PM@SE)
- Experience in interdisciplinary international project teams across different organizational levels is an advantage
- German and English Skills are required
- Ideally experience in documenting risk management in appropriate tools (e.g. Salesforce)

You will work in an interdisciplinary, international and virtual team across organizations with the opportunity of remote working.
We focus on risk management according to the LoA (Limits of Authority) Process@SE.
