A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Long-Term Programs Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you will lead the management of service program contracts, acting as the primary point of contact for customers. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success, driving improvements in key performance indicators, and fostering strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Act as the customer’s single point of contact for managing service program contracts and advising on technical solutions.
  • Monitor and drive improvement of key performance indicators, including unit availability, reliability, project revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to plan, schedule, and implement outages effectively.
  • Lead contract financials and present financial status to management quarterly.
  • Ensure quality incidents are documented and corrective actions communicated to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships by embodying Siemens Energy’s SOCIUS principles of Accountability, Humility, Communication, Trust, and Flexibility.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.
  • 5-8+ years of project management and field service experience in Power Generation.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in customer-facing roles and with senior management.
  • Familiarity with rotating power generation equipment; PMP certification preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workloads with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
