A Snapshot of Your Day 

Join us as a (Junior) Program Manager for Global Major Projects, where you will lead and implement innovative programs that enhance our Major Component Exchanges. You will collaborate with regional and global partners, ensuring the successful rollout of new tooling improvements and process enhancements for transport and lifting equipment. Imagine translating strategic business needs into actionable solutions while driving operational excellence across our projects. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will provide end-to-end implementation support, ensuring alignment with global standards within the Major Projects area in partnership with regional teams.
  • Identify and drive operational and strategic process improvement projects, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in Major Projects.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, collaborating with key interfaces across the Onshore business unit to achieve project goals.
  • Translate strategic and operational business needs into effective solutions for major corrective tools and equipment on both global and regional levels.
  • Conduct investment analyses to support senior management in making informed decisions regarding resource allocation and CAPEX spending.
 

What You Bring

  • A university degree in management, business engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or marine engineering.
  • Several years in relevant project management or operational experience, ideally in the wind or service industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage different projects simultaneously, showcasing strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach.
  • Experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement concepts and problem-solving processes is a plus.
  • A collaborative approach with a can-do attitude, open to feedback and eager to learn and develop.
