A Snapshot of Your Day

The candidate will be employed within the proposal team of the Siemens Energy Control and Digitalization in dynamic context and will cooperate with colleagues within the local Italian team but also with colleagues from other Siemens Energy Europe. In particular, the resource will be responsible for offer preparation for both Italian and international market, from initial customer contact through contract signing, guaranteeing achievement of Order Intake, Sales and Margins. Thanks to this role you will have the opportunity to develop and consolidate relations and knowledge with both internal departments (Operation, BA and Purchasing department) and suppliers as well as with the customer. The candidate will work in team open to new challenges dictated by the energy market, innovative solutions will have to be proposed for the new challenges ahead.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Define the technical solution and scope of supply in the proposal
• Develop relations with suppliers, where required
• Participate to on site survey in order to clarify the scope of supply
• Prepare technical proposal offer files together with cost study.
• Coordinate the offer preparation with the other members of the offer team
• Participate technical clarification meeting with customer
• Handle over of the orders to project department

What You Bring

• Basic Knowledge on power plant automation and electrical systems
• Fluent in Italian and good knowledge of English
• Good knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
• Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to problem-solving

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
