A Snapshot of Your Day
As an IT Onsite Support Engineer at Siemens Energy, your day will be dynamic and impactful. You will start by addressing urgent technical support requests from our VIP users, ensuring their IT issues are resolved promptly and flawlessly. You will collaborate closely with a world-class team of IT professionals, working together to maintain and improve the IT infrastructure. Your role is crucial in maintaining seamless operations, allowing Siemens Energy to continue its mission of providing sustainable and reliable energy solutions. You will be at the heart of the action, supporting our team and contributing to innovative projects that drive the energy transition forward.

How You’ll Make an Impact
• Efficiently provide technical support and troubleshooting to internal IT users on services such as Windows, MS Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Respond quickly to VIP requests, providing timely solutions and updates while maintaining strong relationships with these key users.
• Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of office computers and peripheral equipment, including meeting room IT facilities, ensuring flawless functionality.
• Take ownership of IT operations from the users' perspective, continuously striving to improve user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with global teams and back-end teams to manage advanced issues, track requests, and communicate updates to users.
• Support the integration project of SGRE in Taiwan, contributing to its successful implementation.

What You Bring
• Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for IT services, with a strong understanding of Windows, MS Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to VIP requests.
• Strong ownership and responsibility for IT operations, with a focus on user satisfaction.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with global and back-end teams.
• Interest in the latest technology developments and trends, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Experience in coordinating with local IT vendors and providing onsite support.
