关于职务
A Snapshot of Your Day
Work within a motivated, multi-disciplinary, and international research and development team dedicated to creating secure digital products and solutions for power transmission and distribution. Daily activities involve close collaboration with product owners, software developers, and system engineers to embed cybersecurity from early research and conceptualization through to development and practical implementation. The role balances innovative research with hands-on development, applying strong cybersecurity foundations to both enterprise and industrial environments. Secure-by-design architectures are shaped, new security capabilities are prototyped, and practical solutions are delivered to strengthen the Digital Grid portfolio and support the ongoing energy transformation.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Cybersecurity Integration: Embed security measures into digital solutions at every stage, working with engineering and product teams to ensure secure-by-design practices.
- Research & Innovation: Explore and assess new cybersecurity technologies, methodologies, and architectural approaches.
- Secure Architecture & Development: Implement IT security principles and develop automation tools to protect power system control and automation environments.
- Compliance & Governance: Support security requirements and validation activities to meet industrial cybersecurity standards and regulatory needs.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams and clearly explain cybersecurity concepts to diverse audiences.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- 5–10 years of experience in industrial cybersecurity, ideally within power, energy, or industrial automation sectors.
- Strong foundation in IT cybersecurity concepts, including secure system/network architecture, IAM, cryptography, secure software development, and monitoring.
- Working knowledge of OT/ICS cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as IEC 62443 and NERC CIP.
- Familiarity with GRC concepts, secure product development lifecycles, threat modeling, and validation.
- Hands-on experience with coding and scripting in agile development cycles, including embedded or real-time systems, and ability to work effectively in collaborative, multicultural environments.
