A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a Product Owner, you'll start your day with a stand-up meeting with your development team to review the progress of the current sprint tasks and discuss any obstacles. Next, you meet with various stakeholders to understand and prioritize their requirements. You create and maintain the product backlog, conduct backlog refinement sessions, and ensure that the user stories are clear and understandable. In between, you'll review budgets to ensure that the project stays within financial guidelines. Your day ends with a meeting to review test results and plan the next steps.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • You will act as the interface between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that needs and expectations are effectively communicated and implemented
  • You will lead the development team and are responsible for prioritizing tasks in the product backlog to create the greatest possible value
  • You will manage the budget and ensure that the project remains within financial constraints
  • You will test the developed applications to ensure their functionality and quality
  • You will work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient project progression
  • You will leverage your expertise in CRM (Salesforce) and CRM Analytics (Salesforce Reporting, Alteryx, Tableau) to support data-driven decisions and optimize the performance of the CRM system
What You Bring
  • Several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in the software or IT industry
  • University degree in IT or similar
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, as well as CRM analytics tools such as Salesforce Reporting, Alteryx, and Tableau
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and understandably
  • Experience leading teams and effectively collaborating with stakeholders from various departments
  • Strong organizational skills, particularly in terms of project management and prioritization
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken 
About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and 
decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, 
steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, 
modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
