A Snapshot of Your Day
This role acts as the primary interface to the Taiwan business, coordinating cross- teams and external partners to drive the fulfillment of business demands, like SAP related, AI and productivity programs, etc.
We aim to improve efficiency and productivity through optimized processes and automation. You will work in a collaborative, business-oriented, and innovation-driven environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Act as IT Partner for business divisions in Taiwan, supporting functions and proactively providing business and IT liaisons as an interface and major communication channel to the business aligned with the defined communication concept/contents and specific requirement.
• IT Demand management, provide business/management consulting and business process engineering/reengineering to SE internal customers.
• Provide inputs to ensure IT strategy is aligned with the business needs and in support of Business Strategy.
• Global/local IT Project management, act as owner of business required specific IT projects, in charge of business-organizational aspects of an IT project and accountable for the lifecycle.
• Manage and specify business information (Cost calculation, Budget, Forecast, Actuals and Consumptions) for IT services and projects in Taiwan, set up cost transparency for responsible IT portfolio and services, in liaison with global portfolio and financial teams, IT service owner, local Service owners, IT management and Business Administration team.
• Understand, measure, drive, and report on customer satisfaction from the key stakeholders’ perspective.
• Drive identification and implementation of digital and AI use cases to improve business efficiency and user experience.
• Lead and support digital and AI projects (such as Copilot, process automation, data solutions) from concept to deployment and value realization.
• Leverage data and AI capabilities to enable data-driven decision making and continuous optimization of business processes and IT services.
• Monitor and manage the costs of delivery service together with Business Administration.
• Ad-hoc task which is assigned by the manager.
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields. Master’s Degree and/or MBA is a plus.
• Around 5 years of experience in IT-related roles, experience in IT business partnering, account management or IT governance is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT project implementation or coordination, basic project management knowledge required. Project management certification is a plus.
• Experience in SAP ERP projects is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Good understanding of IT policies, procedures and service delivery concepts. Experience in IT service management is a plus.
• Basic awareness of financial concepts and information security, familiarity with Taiwan regulations is a plus.
• Good collaboration and communication skills across teams and departments, with the ability to work with business stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand and respond to user needs.
About the Team
The team consists of members located in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and mainland China (Beijing, Shanghai). We closely collaborate with global Hub teams. We act as the regional Hub to centrally manage and coordinate local business demands and establish a clear point-of-contact model with business units to ensure efficient demand intake and delivery.
