Step into a dynamic role where you’ll work in engineering and commissioning activities of Siemens Energy’s advanced power plant control systems. This is your opportunity to contribute to the reliability and success of energy projects while advancing the energy transition.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Designing and engineering solutions down to detail to satisfy the specified requirements of the customer.
  • Selecting products, components and designing Distributed Control Systems (DCS) to be used in high availability environments.
  • Basic and detailed engineering of DCS systems, panels and related components.
  • Configuring the components and systems of the solution according to the requirements.
  • Executing projects on site within the quality framework (time, budget, functionality).
  • Ensuring success in terms of economic results and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring?


  • Graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Automation, or related fields).
  • Up to 3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Strong motivation to learn and develop technical and project management skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Availability to travel for limited periods of time for meetings c/o client premises, supervision of site activities such as erection and commissioning.
  • You have good English proficiency, both written and spoken, and you are fluent in Turkish.
  • Experience in Siemens S7 PLC, DCS and HMI systems and process automation is a must.
  • Experience with Siemens T3000 Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and/or large scale DCS’s will be highly regarded.
  • Hands on knowledge on AutoCAD Electrical, COMOS, E-Plan is highly regarded.
