A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our dynamic HR team in Asteasu, where you’ll take the lead in handling everything from employee absences and time tracking to supporting both staff and managers with HR policies. You’ll dive into budget planning, keep our HR systems and records up to date, and drive the analysis of key HR metrics. Every day, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across the plant, champion training and development, and ensure our HR policies are implemented efficiently. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Manage employee absences, time tracking, and incident reporting, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Lead all aspects of personnel budget planning and control, keeping our resources aligned and efficient.
  • Lead recruitment and training initiatives, helping new talent thrive and current employees grow.
  • Keep HR systems (like Workday) and personnel files accurate
  • Analyze and evaluate HR important metrics, and support employees and managers in understanding and applying HR policies.

What You Bring

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on HR experience, with strong organizational and collaborative skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and Excel; experience with Workday is a plus.
  • English language skills at B1-B2 level.
  • Willingness to work onsite with occasional work-from-home flexibility.
