A Snapshot of Your Day

As a HR Professional, you will work closely with the Regional HR team, also interfacing with colleagues from other regions and global. You will have responsibility for managing / overseeing HR operations and payroll currently being delivered through an ecosystem of providers, ensuring and maintaining fit-for-purpose processes, governing end-to-end delivery. You will also take a role in supporting HR transformation initiatives within your region, implementing harmonised and standard processes, working closely with counterparts in HR, Centre of Competence (CoC) and Business functions.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

·       A "HR Professional" with Regional HR teams to ensure efficient payroll Operations / Administrative delivery through an internal and external provider i.e. Employee On-boarding and Off-boarding support, Payroll, Employee inquires, People and Organizational Data management, etc.

·       Support in driving change initiatives across various HR functions and often involving (senior) business leaders. Building and strengthening process know-how to future proof the organisation

·       Support other HR IT / Business Process initiatives, e.g. contributing regional or topic expertise and aspects, playing a key role in the roll-out in assigned countries.

·       Works closely with the business process outsourcing service provider to ensure quality operations and resolve deficiencies.

·       Contribute to global HR transformation project, while maintaining existing operations.

·       Serve as the “In Country expert” for HR Operations, Payroll and local compliance topics.

·       Before payroll integration: Support end to end monthly payroll, and bonus payment related activities; day to day communication with payroll processing vendor (external), onboarding & offboarding coordination with employees, varies data reporting to vendors, payroll related payments processing, DC processing, monthly data reconciliation with accounting team, creation of employee communication letters and certificates etc.

·       After payroll integration: Mainly be the governance of the whole HR payroll process and the outsourced payroll service provider (GBS); Leading or being involved in multiple HR payroll and operational related project.

What You Bring 

·       Experience in HR Operations / Business Processes including shared services / HR BPO outsourcing operations, i.e. HR Administration, Payroll, HR query Management (Service Desk).

·       Knowledge in HR IT domain particularly in Workday HCM, ServiceNow and SAP is desirable

·       Experience in supporting the management / service management of an eco-system of partners / vendors in HR Services & Payroll.

·       Track record in supporting the delivery of change and improvement projects, specifically in HR services

·       Problem solving and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset. Analytical skills and fact-based decision ability

·       Self-directed with excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities, along with outstanding communication skills.

  • Degree in Administration with HR or a mix of HR/ IT, or Business Information Systems preferred, with equivalent experience accepted.
