A Snapshot of Your Day 

Today you are on a Business trip in Asia and talk with Partners how to organize a shared working approach to support the global service and refurbishment business. You bring together the Experts from Germany and the local workers and managers to ensure that there is an effective working together even if the culture is different.

Your main task is to coordinate the processes and implementations to ensure a seamless working cross-country relationship. Part of this is prioritizing knowledge transfer for a secure and lasting partnership. For these Interfaces as well as scope Splitt need to be crafted, agreed and implemented.

A good part of your work is the organization of Service Level Agreements to secure and stabilize the working environment and establish a trainee program to ensure that the know how Level is independent of the Country.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Analyze the Global available Know How
  • Setup a plan how we grow globally with an equal distribution of employees on a global scale
  • Synchronize with Service and new HVDC and FACTS Business
  • Prepare training Concept and Plan
  • Develop and implement a growth plan
  • Setup Service Level Agreements with Country
  • Coordinate and facilitate training for new employees in various countries.
  • Communicate and support the Regions in using resources efficiently
  • Support Business in operation and collaboration with the distributed team.
  • Manage Resource planning including replacements and grow initiatives
  • Coordinate global competence hubs
What You Bring
  • Strong leadership skills
  • International experience and willingness to travel globally for approximately one-third of the time
  • Proficiency in English and German at C-level
  • Experience with FACTS and HVDC is preferred
  • Customer focused with a strong understanding of business needs
  • Ability to organize and follow up in complex business environments
