关于职务
- Disciplinary leadership and professional development of a highly qualified testing organization (approx. 35 employees)
- Planning, execution, and monitoring of all testing activities for the T3000 and T2000 control systems
- Implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the testing function
- Promotion of a positive and performance-oriented team culture through structured feedback and training measures
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal departments to ensure product quality and operational safety
- Strategic co-design and alignment of the testing strategy with overarching corporate objectives
- Completed university degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience in test management, preferably within automation system environments
- In-depth knowledge of testing methods, tools, and processes, including ISTQB certification and test automation expertise
- Strong understanding of software development models, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies (especially SAFe)
- Excellent communication and leadership competencies; pfluency in German and working‑level English skills are expected
- High level of motivation for continuous professional development and adaptation to new technologies
