A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us at Siemens Energy, where you will play a pivotal role in managing the Core engine delivery for SEITL Manufacturing. You will oversee the build sequence for the business plan, ensuring timely delivery of Core Assembly, Overhauls, and Rotors to Service, New Unit projects, and R&D. Your leadership will drive compliance with HSE, quality, and people management standards while identifying key investments to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce product costs. How You’ll Make an Impact
  • You will ensure that products are delivered on time, meeting both cost and quality requirements.
  • Identify and implement investments and activities to enhance manufacturing capability and efficiency for both short and long-term goals.
  • Prepare, gain agreement for, and manage budgets to align with business targets.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental practices, adhering to company policies and strategies.
  • Foster effective communication of strategies and objectives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
What You Bring
  • A minimum of 5 years of management experience leading large teams.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally.
  • A solid understanding of continuous improvement and LEAN techniques.
  • Proactive mindset with a management qualification preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in IT systems such as SAP and Microsoft packages.
