- Own and drive the sales success story across the Middle East, leading the team to achieve ambitious order intake targets while making strategic bid/no-bid decisions and defining winning pricing strategies for every opportunity
- Take the lead on the entire sales journey—from opportunity qualification and strategy development to negotiation, deal closing, and seamless internal alignment
- Be the trusted face of the business, partnering closely with proposal and commercial sales leads while building lasting customer relationships across the region
- Break down silos and champion collaboration across Gas Services, EAD, and other key stakeholders to unlock growth opportunities and deliver on business goals
- Stay connected with customers, keeping relationships strong and meaningful—even when the next project isn't yet on the horizon
- Keep your finger on the pulse of the market by gathering intelligence, spotting trends, and identifying the next big opportunity before the competition does
- Turn customer insights into action through market analysis, helping shape effective commercial strategies and competitive pricing approaches
- Empower regional sales teams to uncover and secure new business opportunities with both existing customers and untapped prospects

- Orchestrate cross-functional support during bid preparation and drive a culture of continuous improvement by capturing and sharing lessons learned
- Influence the future by providing regional market input into product development and supporting the adoption of innovative digital solutions for rotating equipment
- Lead with integrity by ensuring compliance and ethical business conduct remain at the heart of every interaction and decision
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ideally with a Mechanical Engineering background
- 10+ years of experience in the compression industry within Oil & Gas, paired with a proven track record of commercial success
- Deep expertise in managing customer relationships across Offshore, Gas Processing, Pipelines, and Downstream segments, with growing levels of responsibility throughout your career
- Strong knowledge of international industry standards, regulations, and market dynamics
- A sharp analytical mindset and a talent for uncovering business opportunities where others see challenges
- Solid understanding of compression technologies, including centrifugal compressors, process compressors, and high-speed reciprocating compressors
- Awareness of climate change trends and energy policies, with the ability to translate industry shifts into business opportunities
- A history of developing and executing winning sales strategies, combined with strong negotiation skills and a value-selling approach
- Outstanding communication, networking, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders at every level
- Experience thriving in multicultural environments and collaborating effectively across regions and functions.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities, backed by a proactive, results-driven mindset
- A passion for exceeding customer expectations, delivering commercial success, and continuously raising the bar
