- Coordination and alignment of global engineering activities across international HVDC and FACTS projects, service programs, upgrades, and modernization initiatives
- Leadership of cross-regional collaboration between engineering teams in Europe, Asia, and the Americas, ensuring effective resource planning, workload balancing, and stakeholder alignment
- Governance of engineering standards and technical excellence, including compliance with quality processes, cybersecurity requirements, methodologies, and best practices
- Coordination of control and protection engineering solutions, technical reviews, troubleshooting activities, root cause analyses, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the global organization
- Engineering interface management between customers, suppliers, project management, service organizations, and internal stakeholders throughout all project lifecycle phases
- Driving continuous improvement and digitalization, including process standardization, implementation of innovative engineering tools, development of guidelines and training programs, and promotion of operational excellence and customer focus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Several years of professional experience in HVDC, FACTS, power transmission, substation automation, or control and protection engineering
- Experience in international and multidisciplinary engineering environments, including coordination of engineering activities across multiple stakeholders, functions, and geographic locations
- In-depth knowledge of HVDC and FACTS technologies, including STATCOM, SVC, FSC, HVDC Classic, and HVDC Plus systems
- Expertise in control and protection systems and communication technologies, including Simatic TDC, Beckhoff, Digital Fault Recorder, SIPROTEC, IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-101/104, PROFIBUS, DNP3, and Modbus
- Strong understanding of industrial networks, cybersecurity concepts, and engineering tools, including MATLAB/Simulink and industrial automation platforms
