A Snapshot of Your Day

You will play a pivotal role in shaping an expanding team, as well as defining and continuously improving HSE standards within the HSE Advisory function. Your efforts will help ensure effective and efficient support for Offshore Wind Turbine Construction sites. Your team will provide HSE support during project execution and coordinate improvements with various internal stakeholders, such as project management, construction management, and others. In this role, you will also help develop and implement strategic HSE improvement initiatives in your area of responsibility.

How You’ll Make an Impact

•   Leading an international team of HSE professionals
• Promoting a safe and healthy work environment through proactive support across all functions, with dedicated support to management, project, and site teams
• Driving HSE improvements at project sites through consistent implementation and monitoring of on-site processes
• Identifying gaps in work practices and supporting the development of local documentation
• Building strong partnerships with Site Management to foster a culture of trust and visible leadership
• Providing functional and disciplinary leadership to HSE Advisors
• Analyzing HSE performance data, identifying trends, and recommending control measures for continuous improvement
• Contributing to the development of global HSE processes and documentation to ensure consistent standards
• Coaching project teams to fulfill their HSE responsibilities and enhance awareness and leadership
• Defining annual improvement initiatives for your area, contributing to OF EXE’s overall HSE strategyEnsuring high-quality stakeholder engagement, both internally and externally
• Collaborating with other HSE team members to share learnings and promote best practice

What You Bring

•   Experience in large-scale, international, project-based industries such as renewables, construction, logistics, transport, or shipping is essential
•    Relevant HSE education, such as a NEBOSH Diploma in Health, Safety, and Environmental Management (or an equivalent qualification)
• Proven leadership experience, ideally supported by formal training or a recognized leadership development program
• Chartered membership of IOSH or an equivalent organization is desirable
• Fluency in English is required, fluency in Polish is an advantage
• A collaborative team player with a passion for continuous improvement, strong people management skills, and the ability to motivate and engage others
• Experience in root cause analysis, supported by recognized qualification is desirable
• High level of accountability, professionalism, and commitment
