关于职务
A Snapshot of Your Day
You will responsible for prepare and check schedules, documentation, and equipment lists for generator outages, coordinate complex steam turbine outages, and participate in preparation meetings. Assist in budget planning, compile regional outage plans, and support outage progress with the Lead Planning Engineer. Actively support FS digitalization and modernization initiatives while working with Field Service and Tool Depot to develop local and regional generator capability.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Prepare and check time schedules, outage documentation, equipment lists, and enquiries/offers to/from local sub-suppliers, ensuring compliance with Siemens Energy quality guidelines.
- Coordinate complex Steam Turbine outages with Siemens Energy head office and product line, and participate in internal and external outage preparation and lessons learned meetings.
- Conduct possible site visits within the ASEAN region for outage preparation, arrange site set-up including transport of containers and tools, and input data in Service planning tools in SAP and Salesforce Lightning system.
- Assist in budget/forecast planning for inspections, overhauls, repairs, and modifications, and compile regional outage plans for the next five years.
- Support outage progress together with the Lead Planning Engineer during execution, and review project costs with the Lead Project Engineer, Commercial and Technical Project Managers.
- Actively support the implementation of FS digitalization and modernization initiatives, such as paperless outage, data-driven maintenance, optimized resource allocation, and the use of 3-D and remote technologies, drones, etc., while working with Field Service and Tool Depot to develop local and regional Generator capability.
What You Bring
- A degree in Engineering or equivalent, with 3-5 years of experience in Generator field service, site or project planning in the Power Generation or Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong understanding of project procedures and power plant knowledge, with experience in Project Management and teamwork being highly regarded.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and focus on problem-solving, with excellent communication skills and written English.
- Willingness to travel to sites on short notice and handle flexible working hours, with the ability to work onsite and travel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving competence, with a focus on balanced, pragmatic solutions, excellent customer experience, and an affinity for technology and innovation.
- Willingness to fast-track if required, supporting the implementation of FS digitalization and modernization initiatives.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
