A Snapshot of Your Day
Join a dynamic Resource Management and Planning team driving excellence in Gas Turbine services across Asia Pacific, where your expertise will shape critical outage planning, financial oversight, and quality assurance at a regional scale. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact — strengthening planning capability, supporting commercial growth, and leading continuous improvement initiatives that elevate service delivery across the region.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and work packages for Gas Turbine maintenance outages and service projects, ensuring alignment of timelines and resource allocation across technical and field service teams.
- Coordinate planning documentation and progress reporting, distributing updates to relevant stakeholders to maintain visibility across all project phases.
- Execute Outage Cost Tracking (OCT) to monitor project expenditures against budget, identifying variances and supporting financial forecasting and reporting.
- Provide planning inputs, cost estimations, and scheduling support to Sales and Tendering teams to enable accurate and competitive proposals for new service opportunities.
- Implement quality assurance checks throughout the planning cycle to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of project plans and deliverables.
- Lead the Lessons Learnt process by documenting outcomes, identifying improvement areas, and driving the implementation of corrective actions to enhance planning quality and efficiency.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or a related technical field), or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls within power generation, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectors.
- Strong project and process management capabilities, including project scoping, scheduling, risk management, quality assurance, and documentation.
- Hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Project with the ability to develop, manage, and communicate detailed project schedules effectively.
- Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost tracking, and analytical reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communicator and collaborator with the ability to influence stakeholders, build cross-functional relationships, and drive outcomes proactively across diverse teams.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
