A Snapshot of Your Day
The Gas Turbine Fact Finder & Commissioning Engineer supports installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and testing of gas turbines and auxiliary systems to ensure operational readiness, safety, and compliance with specifications. The role also provides expert technical guidance and documentation throughout project execution.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Perform inspections and provide recommendations on turbine components and auxiliaries based on specifications.
- Support planning and coordinate commissioning and installation activities with site management.
- Participate in process and system design improvements and internal review meetings.
- Execute cold and hot commissioning tests from single components to full systems, including verification and reporting.
- Identify and resolve technical or scheduling issues, escalating complex problems as needed and providing technical support.
- Document equipment conditions, prepare operation readiness tests, and perform daily team or individual duties.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Process), or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and experience in the power services industry is a plus.
- General technical understanding and ability to work with technical documentation.
- Skills in mechanical maintenance for power generation or Oil & Gas, with willingness for hands-on work under pressure and challenging conditions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT applications; additional IT skills are beneficial.
- Experience with Siemens Large Gas Turbine models SGTX-2000E, 4000F, and 8000H inspections and maintenance is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, proactive attitude, effective communication, readiness to work in teams and independently, with flexibility to travel internationally on short notice.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
