Your role is dynamic, involving a lot of communication to identify, assess and drive the implementation of improvement actions throughout our organization. Your contributions play a pivotal role in the improvement of our business performance. You will plan, prioritize, monitor and if necessary, adapt the addressed work packages. With your initiative and proactive approach, you'll explore avenues for improvement to benefit our business and our company.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You are responsible for reviewing improvement ideas and interviewing idea contributors on the financial potential of technical improvements based on technical parameters.
• Evaluate technical improvement measures financially.
• Analize of the applicability of improvement ideas in projects and interviews with project managers.
• Maintenance of improvement measures and ensure the completeness and accuracy of the associated supporting documentation.
• Drive operational processing and follow-up in the development as well as implementation of improvement measures.
• Ensure the financial quality assurance of the reporting scope.

What you bring

• Completed studies in the field of Finance, Industrial Engineering, Engineering or equivalent with experience in the finance community.
• Knowledge of cost accounting and strong analytical skills.
• Affinity / basic technical understanding for the field of energy technology.
• Communication skills, fluent in English, basic knowledge of German desirable.
• Empathy for preparing, conducting and evaluating business meetings.
• Appropriate attention to detail / accuracy of report scope.
