How You’ll Make an Impact
As a Performance Controller, you will work on the analysis and control of the company’s financial and operational performance. You will interact closely with different business areas to consolidate information, provide visibility into results, identify deviations, and support strategic decision-making. This role offers high exposure to both local management and corporate stakeholders, combining analysis, planning, follow-up, and communication of results in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
How You’ll Stand Out
- Reporting the entity’s financial figures to headquarters in a reliable and timely manner, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established deadlines.
- Preparing, analyzing, and presenting revenue, profit, and free cash flow (FCF) reports for local management and corporate teams.
- Developing financial estimates and forecasting analyses, including revenue, profit, cash, and key operational variables.
- Leading the consolidation and follow-up of factory productivity measures, validating their real impact on profitability and offer competitiveness.
- Consolidating information from different areas to control risks, opportunities, and operational indicators, producing clear reports to support decision-making.
- Performing closing analyses and communicating final results to management with transparency, financial judgment, and a business-oriented mindset.
What You Bring
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
- More than 4 years of experience in similar roles.
- Fluent English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Desired knowledge of tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Desired experience with SAP.
- Key competencies: teamwork, results orientation, leadership, strong communication skills, proactivity, collaboration, and influence.
