A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Finance Transformation Specialist, your primary focus will be driving digital transformation initiatives across Asia Pacific for the Business Area. You will lead efforts to automate processes, enhance data visualization, and implement advanced analytics solutions that improve transparency and decision-making. You will also support core financial controlling activities—overseeing critical business metrics, analyzing results, and ensuring alignment with regional KPIs. Your combined expertise in technology and finance will enable you to deliver actionable insights and foster continuous improvement.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Digitalization & Analytics

  • Act as the digitalization champion within the team, applying tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake and other analytics platforms to enhance financial analysis and reporting.
  • Drive initiatives to automate reporting and business processes, predictive forecasting, data visualization, and support the team’s digital transformation.
  • Develop dashboards and interactive reports including providing training to users to support decision-making and improve transparency.
  • Financial Controlling
  • Support regional planning, forecasting, reporting, and controlling activities for relevant KPIs to ensure consistent financial communication.
  • Analyze financial results by comparing actuals, forecasts, and budgets; identify key performance drivers and provide actionable insights.
  • Support SG&A controlling, headcount, order on hand reporting, volume and profit development, and free cash flow (FCF) management.
  • Drive process improvements to support achievement of financial KPIs.
What You Bring

  • A university degree in Computer or Data Science, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
  • 3-5 years working experience
  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA), Excel and data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx & Power Query).
  • Good foundation in statistics, data analysis, and machine learning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.
  • Willingness to travel for business when required.
