A Snapshot of Your Day
This role will serve as a valuable finance partner to the Head of Compression Service, China providing strategic insights and financial leadership.

How You’ll Make an Impact
•Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring effective financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
•Collaborate with the Head of Compression Service in the region to develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives.
•Responsible for controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
•Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement in service operations.
•Drive financial discipline and accountability across the service business, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
•Act as a key liaison between finance and other departments and corporate functions, fostering strong cross-functional relationships.
•Support the development of pricing strategies, responsible for commercial proposals for service contracts including presenting LOA to Management.
•Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform financial decision-making.

What You Bring
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
•Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in finance, with a focus on controlling and commercial finance.
•Proven leadership skills with experience managing a finance team.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
•Proficiency in financial software and tools; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
•Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
