A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Field Service Technician, you will perform on site installation, maintenance, and repair of gas turbines or steam turbines, or generators at customer sites worldwide. You will work as a hands on technical expert, ensuring safe execution, high quality, and customer satisfaction in an international field service environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Execute on site mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair of gas turbines or steam turbines or generators.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex mechanical issues at customer sites.
- Apply technical drawings, schematics, and service documentation to perform work accurately.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
- Work in strict compliance with EHS, quality standards, and site procedures, including documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate within a multinational field service team and support the development of junior technicians.
What You Bring
- Hands on experience as a mechanical technician.
- Experience with gas turbines, steam turbines, or generators is an advantage.
- Ability to read, understand, and work with technical drawings and documentation.
- Working knowledge of English sufficient for technical documentation and communication.
- Willingness to travel worldwide and work for extended periods away from home.
- Team oriented mindset with strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Quality.
