    A Snapshot of Your Day

    The FS Resource Planner role requires working closely with field service and project management team. Handling all planning inquiries, responsible for fulfilling the project demands either by local team or from the other regions. Primavera and Salesforce are the mandatory tools for doing the planning for the field service team.   
                                       
    How you’ll make an impact
    • Coordinate with Project Management and Field Service teams to ensure effective collaboration.
    • Maintain up-to-date planning for Field Service Resources (FSRs) in the respective environment.
    • Assign Field Service personnel based on their competencies and availability.
    • Develop and monitor the competency matrix for the Field Service team.
    • Prepare forecast reports for the designated team and verify actual hours worked by the FS team.
    • Support the delegation officer and commercial officer for field service personnel, ensuring all documents are valid and collaborating on process improvements in daily activities.
    What You Bring

    • UAE citizenship holder
    • BA, IT or Science Degree holder from recognized university or college.
    • Fresh Graduates or 1 to 2 years in planning, office administration or process improvement experience.
    • Primavera and/Salesforce knowledge would be a big asset.
    • Advanced knowledge in office application tools
    • Advanced knowledge of English written and spoken
    • Willing to work in multi-cultural teams.
    • Process driven, Team Player & self-motivated.

    Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet. ​
