The Travel & Expense (T&E) Coordinator is responsible for managing corporate travel arrangements and overseeing expense reporting processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role supports employees across the organization by facilitating travel bookings, enforcing company policies, and ensuring timely reimbursement of business expenses.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries for Siemens Energy, SESI personnel and potential new hires
• Responsible for resolution of complex travel related issues with BCD Travel
• Collaborate with BCD Travel customer service team to enhance processes and improve travel agency performance
• Handles on call travel emergencies for RNA FS & SESI employees
• Manage and maintain travel booking and expense management systems (e.g., Concur, SAP, or similar tools)

What You Bring 

• Excellent Customer Service skills required
• Adapts to change in the work environment, manages competing demands, and changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Highly proficient in both travel side & expense side of Concur
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle complex international travel arrangements for groups
