This role will coordinate and manage scheduling, prepare and organize important and strategic communication materials and plans, and support Project Entity & Grid Technology at the CH AM. This role serves as the eyes and ears for the Head of Project Entity & Grid Technologies at the CH AM, connecting organizations, projects, and critical business information to CH AM, ensuring meetings and materials are efficient and effective and serves as a trusted partner to deliver against the priorities of the business.
The dynamic nature of this role requires that the ideal candidate have exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate Management needs. The role must interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals including members of the Senior Management Team, Board of Directors, and leaders that report to Head of Project Entity & Grid Technologies. To perform this job successfully, the individual is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential financial, legal, personnel and institutional information while exercising professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage communications: Handle incoming and outgoing postings, media, emails, and other misc. correspondence.
- Organize schedules: Arrange daily schedule and meetings, including booking meeting rooms, manage events & reservations (domestic & international) as applicable.
- Travel arrangements: Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries inclusive of support with expense reports & the like.
- Prepare reports: Create presentations, reports, and manage office documentation.
- Support local staff: Take on administrative duties for PE & GT staff as required (creation of requisitions, following up on merch orders, logistics coordination for locals & guests, etc).
Additional duties may vary slightly depending on organization growth and arising needs.
