You have a strong technical background in Control and Protection Systems in High Voltage Substations?
Having this profile, you should be part of the Grid Automation team, which provides solutions for Control and Protection Systems for High Voltage Substations to the customer.
Your task covers the preparation and presentation of Technical and Commercial bids
Together with a network of technical experts, you implement state-of-the art technologies in the projects. Beyond this you drive the future of digital substations.
General Field Sales work includes face-to-face and remote selling to both new and existing customers including: •Selling directly to the end consumer/business purchaser or indirectly through various sales channels •Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions •Developing and delivering sales bids, presentations, and proposals and conducting product demonstrations •Identifying and contacting prospective customers and building relationships to generate future sales and repeat business Incumbents matching to this specialization are compensated based on achievement of sales targets.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Build proposals for EPC’s and end customer within field of Protection and Control system in HV and MV substations including hardware and software scope of supply.
- Analyze customer technical specifications independently to better understand aspects of the product and solutions.
- Ensure preparation and presentation of the proposals in high quality and in timeline with the customer requirements.
- Risk-, Opportunity- and Claim Management
- Contract, taxes and legal assessment for BID preparation proposals in the Brazilian energy market.
- Close cooperation and coordination with technical experts
What You Bring
- University degree in electrical engineering, automation or similar or equivalent
- Long term work experience in the Energy transmission sector
- Strong technical background in protection, control and substation automation in HV substations
- Several years’ experience in Bid Management and offer preparation
- Very good communications skills Spanish and English language

You will be part of a team locally, but the interface with those responsible at HQ in Germany will be continuous, for alignment of interfaces, strategy, scope, definition of new business and partnerships. We have a broad pipeline of retrofit and digitalization projects for substations and a perspective for growth and development in the coming years.
