- Strategic approach for global Additive Manufacturing (AM) network digitalization
- Lead a small team of digitalization and additive manufacturing experts
- Global AM printer fleet monitoring and real-time diagnostics implementation
- Development of digital fingerprints for AM components and processes
- Automation of digital workflows and post-processing in AM production
- Regular team check-ins and expert consultations for workforce development
- Establishment of development plans to enhance team capabilities
- Building and maintaining a robust internal and external stakeholder network
- Identification and leveraging of funding opportunities for digitalization projects
- A degree in engineering, data science, information technologies, or a related field
- Long-term experience in manufacturing related digitalization and/or sound understanding of specific AM requirements with respect to digitalization
- Excellent leadership skills
- High capacity to prioritize scope against business demands
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Ability to lead people and coordinate interdisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
