Join the Gas Services Solutions team in Singapore for a 6-month internship supporting digital transformation initiatives, including SharePoint data migration, application and user support, and Power BI dashboard development. You'll gain hands-on experience in data preparation, visualization, and digital tool adoption while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a professional engineering environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support the planning, organization, and execution of data migration from a legacy shared drive to a new platform (60%)
• Conduct post-migration verification to ensure data integrity, folder structures, and user permissions are correctly implemented
• Coordinate with team members to schedule and manage the migration of their respective datasets
• Provide first-level technical support to team members on common software applications and IT systems (40%)
• Develop and maintain support documentation, including user guides, knowledge base articles, and FAQs
• Contribute to Power BI reporting by assisting with data preparation, validation, and dashboard development

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
• No prior professional experience required; academic projects or demonstrated interest in IT support and data management are advantageous
• Familiarity with data migration, file management, and basic troubleshooting
• Exposure to Power BI or other data visualization tools, and ability to create clear technical documentation
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and effective communication skills
• Good time management and adaptability in a dynamic, collaborative environment

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
