- Support process optimization and digitalization automation in your area of responsibility and foster continuous improvements to increase accuracy
- Lead the development and execution of digitalization initiatives within our FIN community, encompassing financial analysis, planning, forecasting, controlling, and budget consolidation for both top-down and bottom-up plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify digital transformation opportunities and implement solutions that streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and provide financial transparency
- Identify AI business potential, Assist with AI tool evaluation, testing, model fine-tuning, and integration into workflows
- Provide training and support to team members on new digital tools and processes to ensure flawless integration and effective usage, while continuously seeking innovative technologies for improved financial understanding and business evolution
- Completed studies in business administration, computer science or equivalent
- Proven background in data analysis and strong passion for AI
- Experience with Alteryx or KNIME and related technologies, data visualization (Tableau, MS Power BI, SAC) and SAP
- Very good analytical skills and understanding of processes and complex relationships
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Business fluent German & English language skills
