We’re looking for a passionate Digital Learning and Engagement Professional to help bring our Lean@GS program to life. In this role, you’ll collaborate with business areas across the organisation, working closely with local experts and leaders to guide our transformation into a Lean enterprise. Your focus will be on increasing efficiency, streamlining processes, and reducing Non-Conformance Costs.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Program Enhancement: Analyse customer feedback to shape and improve existing training programs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of stakeholders across Gas Services.
- Online Training Development: Design and deliver online training with a polished, professional feel, incorporating multimedia elements such as videos, images, and voiceovers to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
- Multimedia Content Creation: Lead the development of high-quality, engaging content to support learning and engagement initiatives. This includes professional training videos, interactive e-learning modules, animated explainers, infographics, and dynamic visual materials.
- Structured Training Offerings: Develop and implement systematic training solutions for EQS, including topic selection, platform setup, and a clear communication strategy to support rollout and adoption.
- World Quality Day Coordination: Plan and evolve the World Quality Day initiative for GS EQS by creating a central platform, aligning local activities, and introducing innovative concepts to connect sites and foster a culture of quality and shared learning.

About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonisation. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonisation opportunities through service offerings, modernisation, and digitalization of the fleet.
