Imagine starting your day as a PMO Specialist, where you hold the reins of the entire project portfolio. With a bird's-eye view, you seamlessly orchestrate resources, ensuring each team member is perfectly aligned with their respective projects. Your role is pivotal in steering projects to success, as you meticulously oversee delivery timelines, budget adherence, and quality standards. Armed with a deep understanding of the purchasing process, you navigate the complexities of project management with finesse, ensuring every element falls into place like a well-conducted symphony.

How You’ll Make an Impact

●      Provide daily support to program and project teams, assisting with design and development.

●      Manage project assets, ensuring documentation is current and communication is effective.

●      Develop plans and manage critical paths by understanding inter-dependencies between workstreams.

●      Draft and review project progress reports, manage risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and financial controls.

●      Support preparation and review of financial reports, including financial modeling for budgets and business cases.

●      Build and facilitate relationships with stakeholders to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and value-driven project delivery.

What You Bring 

●      Expertise in portfolio and project management methodologies across waterfall, lean, and agile environments.

●      Extensive experience establishing project management frameworks in large, complex, global organizations.

●      Proficient in project management and collaboration software, such as Smartsheet, MS Project, JIRA, and Trello.

●      Strong customer focus and communication skills, with the ability to navigate global, multicultural environments.

●      Demonstrates leadership and coaching skills, fostering collaboration and talent development in diverse teams.

●      Passionate about data and analytics, driving value across organizations, with excellent English communication skills.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
