A Snapshot of Your Day
The Cost Controlling Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting financial performance across labor, tooling warehouse operations, CAPEX and resource optimization. Analyzing labor cost trends, variances, supporting standard costing updates and productivity metrics across departments. Integral to the position is preparing and presenting cost reports, dashboards, and KPIs to leadership while developing and maintaining financial models for cost allocation and profitability analysis.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop labor cost models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
- Monitor compliance with labor-related financial provisions and reporting requirements.
- Partner with HR and operations to monitor headcount, overtime, and labor utilization.
- Support workforce planning aligned with labor strategies and organizational goals.
- Conduct monthly cost center reviews and variance analysis for operations.
- Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost controlling, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of field service operations, tooling logistics, and warehouse management.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal), with a strategic mindset and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in transformation, change management, and digitalization initiatives.
- High integrity, collaborative spirit, and an initiative-taking, purposeful approach.
