A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a High Voltage Circuit Breaker Contract Administrator. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless processing of orders for high voltage circuit breakers.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Order Verification: Ensure that all incoming orders align with current pricing structures, maintaining accuracy and compliance with company standards to support entering customer orders into our SAP database.
  • Internal Coordination: Lead internal customer order records and coordinate the handover process to various departments, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication.
  • Exemption Procurement: Acquire vital exemptions and approvals to streamline the order processing workflow.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing outstanding service and support throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Collections Support: Assist the finance team with collections as needed, ensuring timely payments and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Additional Tasks: Be adaptable and ready to tackle any other responsibilities that may arise within the role, contributing to the overall success of the team.

What You Bring

  • Preferred: Degree or equivalent experience. Equivalent, applicable experience considered.
  • (1+ years of experience in customer service or data entry.)
  • SAP Experience Preferred
  • Required to work with MS office like Excel, Word etc.
  • Must be thorough, self-starting, and coordinated
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
