As a Competence Management Coordinator, you will focus on the setup and maintenance of a global robust, transparent, scalable, and digitized Competence Management framework. You will provide the environment to encourage innovation and cultivate a thriving culture.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support the improvement of our global Competence Management framework!
• Liaise with the business on any potential changes to the framework & implementation of them.
• Offer 1st level support to users (employees/ function managers/all collaborators) on how to use the framework.
• Support the development of business KPI report suite & compliance dashboards.
• Produce and issue regular reports for each functional manager, meeting with colleagues to discuss and troubleshoot any framework needs or concerns.
• Analyses business wide data patterns and trends to find opportunities for systemic

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Competency Management/HR/L&D, or related topics.
• A background in Human Resources, Business Management or similar should provide the foundation required.
• Excellent MS Office Skills (PowerPoint & Excel)
• Learning Platforms previous experience (mandatory)
• HTML & Large Databases (is considered a plus)
• An excellent teammate but also able to work independently.
• Energetic, positive, and motivated to take ownership for tasks and projects assigned to you.
• Remaining open-minded and flexible, whilst focused on delivering results.
• Able to work with ambiguity, conduct research and analyze data.
• An ability to analyze information and solve problems.
• Effective at planning and delivering to deadlines.

We create and leverage synergies and highly qualified expertise across all business units to complete projects as One Siemens Energy.
