A Snapshot of Your Day
As Community Manager for the Controls and Digitalization business, you will lead global internal communications and community engagement for a team with varied strengths of approximately 2,500 employees.
In this role, you apply your creativity to develop and complete an engaging internal communication strategy to keep your colleagues well-informed and to strengthen the bond within the team. You develop content that can be shared in an upcoming newsletter or a virtual townhall, which you host and moderate in a close collaboration with the leadership team.
You have multiple interactions to provide experienced guidance to different team leaders on communication and cultural transformation activities, and participate in organizing and driving collaboration workshops for the global leadership team.
You also work in close collaboration with other communication experts from various divisions to ensure an aligned strategic approach.
Based in Budapest, one of our fastest-growing hubs, you will be a key connector in a local network of 130+ colleagues. Here, you will be a driving force behind local events, knowledge sharing, and employer branding initiatives that help our local community thrive.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Create and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy in collaboration with the global senior leadership team and other communication authorities.
- Support the leadership team and affiliated internal partners in delivering our communication strategy.
- Write, edit, and design compelling content for newsletters, ensuring alignment with the team’s objectives and culture.
- Organize, set up, and moderate virtual townhalls, collaborating closely with leadership to ensure effective communication.
- Actively run and engage with internal social media channels, including ghost-writing posts for senior leaders to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Maintain and update the team’s internal presence on SharePoint, ensuring information is current and accessible.
- Regularly analyze communication channel metrics to assess effectiveness and adapt strategies based on user feedback and requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, delivering tailored communications and support to meet their needs.
- Work closely with Communications, HR Organizational Change, and other internal interested parties to support our organizational development and employee engagement.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, Human Resources or other relevant fields.
- 3+ years of direct experience in communication operations, preferably also experience with change management activities.
- Strong, well-developed communication skills (written/verbal) and persuasiveness, coupled with a confident demeanor and sharp business acumen.
- Proven ability to be curious, agile, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in O365 and familiar with digital communication tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to identify and communicate process improvement opportunities as well as to analyze data to improve communication strategies.
- Excellent moderation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
