The role combines on-site commissioning and quality inspection, technical support for the MGT800 turbine fleet, and coordination of project activities for process improvement. It requires experience with MGT turbines, relevant certifications in commissioning and inspection, and the ability to support project delivery and operational efficiency.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support the commissioning, start-up, and testing of MGT800 gas turbines in line with technical and safety guidelines.
• Carry out quality inspections and reviews during project phases, maintaining accurate records and handover documents.
• Assist in preparing and implementing commissioning and quality control plans for MGT projects.
• Provide technical support and help resolve mechanical, electrical, or control system issues on-site.
• Guide and support junior colleagues in developing their technical skills.
• Coordinate project tasks and contribute to improvements in processes, quality, and customer service.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline preferred, with strong background in engineering and commissioning.
• Over 10 years of experience in field service and commissioning of industrial gas turbines, preferably within the MGT fleet.
• Skilled in preventive maintenance, quality assurance, quality control, and process management.
• Experienced in managing workflows, coordinating projects, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting, analytical, and investigative abilities to resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong customer relationship management and influencing skills to support collaboration and service quality.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
