A Snapshot of Your Day
The scope of the role encompasses all commercial activities, from bidding to order execution. Your day involves preparing commercial bids and offers, identifying potential concerns, and supporting the sales team during customer negotiations to reach final agreements. You review and manage all sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies to minimize commercial risks.
In addition, you manage the execution of signed orders, including but not limited order booking, tracking progress, controlling costs, and monitoring accounts receivable to maintain the company’s financial health.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Business Administration of Sales:
Support bidding activities such as Prepare bidding commercial documents, list commercial deviation, process award fee payment etc.
Offer price checking (order cost completeness, gross profit monitoring etc.)
Review and approval of sales contracts, frame contract, strategic cooperate agreement, handle all commercial contract concerns raised by sales/offer Etc.
Review price/contract terms/credit terms/customer quality for different level authorization before signing.
Seek advice from lawyers and tax officers as needed.
Work with other functions such as supply chain, treasury, and insurance functions to ensure contract operability
Prepare monthly sales related report and forecast and related analysis report (i.e. hit rate) for offer department and commercial controlling. 
Maintain customer relationship via different channels in the daily work.
Order Management:
Responsible for executing orders and addressing revenue-related commercial challenges. Implement measures to mitigate risks associated with deliveries. 
Handle contract booking, order processing, and follow-up. Manage SAP operations such as sales orders, billing, delivery notes, and sales order maintenance.
Prepare necessary documents for payment collection, including bills of lading, letters of credit, invoices, and receipts.
Manage customer claims efficiently.
Review order costs monthly to identify deviations between the offer phase, order entry, and revenue realization.
Manage orders on hand and provide revenue forecasts.


What You Bring  
Bachelor’s degree or above
More than 3 years professional working experience in in business controlling/ project controlling area 
Basic knowledge in Finance, Contract Law, International trade
SAP experience in Sales model /Finance model
Good Communication and negotiation skills
English can be working language is preferred
