Snapshot of the Day

As a Commercial Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful commercial execution of Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) projects within the Gas Services division. Working closely with project teams and key stakeholders, you will oversee project financial performance from order entry through project completion, ensuring accurate forecasting, commercial compliance, contract management, and financial reporting. Your work will help drive project profitability, optimize cash flow, and ensure sound financial governance across the project lifecycle.


How You'll Make an Impact

  • Manage the commercial and financial execution of assigned Long-Term Service Agreement projects, ensuring project objectives and financial targets are achieved from project initiation through to completion.
  • Prepare, monitor, and maintain accurate project forecasts covering revenue, costs, profitability, and cash flow, while performing variance analysis and supporting corrective actions where required.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of project financial data within SAP (or other ERP systems), including month-end accruals, allocations, and financial postings.
  • Oversee project invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable activities to support healthy cash flow and timely financial transactions.
  • Support project teams with commercial contract administration, change orders, claims management, and the maintenance of project commercial documentation.
  • Prepare month-end financial reports and management summaries while ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards such as IFRS, serving as the primary commercial finance partner to the project team.

What You Bring


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 2–5 years of experience in Commercial Project Management, Project Controlling, Project Accounting, or a similar finance role within a project-driven environment.
  • Experience working in industrial, energy, engineering, or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, cost accounting, revenue recognition, and project costing capabilities.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP), invoicing processes, accounting records, and applying standard accounting principles and internal controls.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and communicate financial insights to both project and management stakeholders. Professional proficiency in Czech and English.
