A Snapshot of Your Day: As Commercial Project Manager (f/m/d) Transformer Service – Weiz, Austria, you shape the commercial success of our Transformer Service business in Weiz.In this role, you ensure the accurate, compliant, and profitable commercial execution of service projects for internal and external customers. You work closely with technical project management, finance, and our customers to deliver successful transformer service solutions.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Manage all commercial aspects of service projects: costing, contracting, forecasting, billing, and project close‑out.
- Ensure full compliance with PM@SE, financial guidelines, tax and customs rules, and audit requirements.
- Partner with technical project managers and coordinate with customers, operations, and the wider service network.
- Support digitalization and continuous improvement of commercial processes across the service organization.
- Completed commercial education (HAK/HLW/HTL or similar), business or finance background preferred.
- First experience in commercial project management or controlling.
- Strong numerical skills, solid MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Reliable, structured working style and high sense of responsibility.

Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of 52.853,78 € gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).
