We are looking for dynamic and motivated commercial talents who want to support our internal and external GT service business worldwide. Our business area will continue to offer enormous growth potential in the future, coupled with exciting challenges and a varied working environment.

In your new role, you will actively contribute to this growth by commercially driving our global business development activities. At the same time, the acquisition and processing of service orders will provide you with valuable insights into our commercial processes.

Your day-to-day work will be diverse and varied, with various topics from international business development as well as quotation and order processing. Although our business always brings new challenges, the daily routine usually remains easy to plan. You will work in an international team and be in contact with internal and external customers.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will be the central contact person for Salesforce and commercial governance issues within the Grid Solution Lifecycle Services. By developing standards, training and best practices, you will ensure effective use of the platform, high data quality and compliance with governance requirements and increase the efficiency of business processes in the regions.
• They develop innovative business models and contractual content that create clear framework conditions. In addition, you will create calculation guidelines and portfolio-specific pricing strategies to actively promote our growth and open up new business opportunities. Their work strengthens our competitiveness and ensures sustainable success.
• They drive the digitization and automation of commercial processes and thus create the basis for growth and future viability. Their focus is on efficiency, scalability and the continuous development of existing processes.
• Together with the technical project manager, you will support the creation of service, spare parts and cybersecurity quotes and the conclusion of corresponding customer contracts. You will be responsible for all contractual and commercial issues.
• You will be responsible for the commercial processing of orders, order entry, budgeting, preparation of forecasts and invoicing, as well as the achievement of financial targets (sales, earnings, functional costs, etc.).

What You Bring

• You have a degree in business administration or commercial training with professional experience.
• You have good business administration knowledge as well as initial experience in commercial project management
• You are confident in using Microsoft Office and SAP. Knowledge of Salesforce, financial tools like Alteryx, and Power BI is a plus.
• You have a high degree of communication skills, analytical skills, team orientation and social skills.
• You are committed and flexible and want to learn new things.
• Since you will be working in an international environment, you will have a strong command of German and English.
• You enjoy working in a team, but also contribute individually
