As a Junior Commercial Project Controller at Siemens Energy, you will engage with dynamic teams, driving the commercial aspects of impactful projects that contribute to sustainable energy solutions. You will collaborate closely with project managers and bidding teams, optimizing financial outcomes while actively participating in customer negotiations. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Take ownership of the commercial aspects of project execution.
• Manage and optimize financial results, including revenue, costs, and cash flow.
• Conduct project forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities alongside the Project Manager.
• Collaborate with the bidding team to create and implement commercial offer strategies.
• Engage in customer negotiations to ensure favorable outcomes.

What You Bring

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance.
• Familiarity with contract management and customer negotiations.
• Understanding of business processes such as project execution, sales, and purchasing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial management.
