A snapshot of your day:

Commercial management of service orders with a focus on prompt execution of the orders within the deadlines, budget and quality framework, in compliance with the legal framework.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Invoicing of spare parts orders: ensure prerequisites for invoicing (e.g. dispatch notes). Invoicing including forwarding to customer
  • Processing of web cycles for supplier invoices: Booking of goods receipt, confirmation of delivery / performance, e.g. via shipping note or time sheets, and cost allocation
  • Invoicing of long-term service contracts: Quarterly invoicing of fixed fees, documentation and invoicing of add on services / deliveries
  • Accounts receivable management: Follow up of due / overdue invoices with customers
  • ICFR documentation: Monthly / quarterly reporting routines - manual execution and / or via RDA (robot).
  • Asset management: Booking of warehouse transactions
  • Invoicing of service orders based on time and material / hourly rates with SE internal customers.

  • Education in business administration or experience in commercial order process
  • Microsoft Office package experience

About the team:

Besides becoming a team member of our motivated commercial team, you’ll also be in touch with our experienced engineering team, management, customers, and suppliers. Our commercial team is based in Germany and Romania.
