As a Junior Technical Commercial Engineer, you collaborate with Sales to advise the customer, providing a commercially and technically substantiated recommendation. You are responsible for creating customized quotes for services, products, and systems, ensuring an optimal balance between functionality and price that aligns with the client's desires and requirements. You will work at the Expert Center High Voltage in Amersfoort. The Expert Center High Voltage is committed to maintaining energy networks domestically and internationally. It is also responsible for all 'High Voltage' activities of Siemens Energy in the Netherlands. It is part of the Business Area Grid Technologies, one of the world's largest suppliers of products, systems, solutions, and services for sustainable, reliable, and efficient energy transmission and distribution. Here, innovative solutions are also developed to smartly accommodate fluctuations in energy demand and supply, thus keeping the energy network reliable and available.

How You Can Make a Difference

• Creating or guiding the development of new system/service/maintenance designs that align with the customer's needs, both commercially and technically
• Preparing high-quality technical/commercial proposals
• Assisting the Sales organization throughout the sales process
• Handing over orders to a project manager/leader and project controller
• Gathering and sharing knowledge about new service products and system solutions within the field of expertise, both nationally and internationally, inside and outside Siemens Energy.

What You Bring

•  Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Energy Technology, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
•  Interest and understanding of the field.
• Eager and keen to learn, with a technical interest and an affinity for commerce.
• Proficient in both Dutch and English.
