A Snapshot of Your Day
In this role, you will serve as the governance backbone for a major factory expansion project within Grid Technologies. Your day revolves around identifying and managing risks, controlling changes across multiple workstreams, and steering claim resolution efforts to protect the project’s scope, budget, and schedule. You will navigate a complex matrix organization, collaborating with engineering, construction, equipment and utilities installation teams, and external partners. Your expertise enables you to anticipate issues before they arise, enforce strict governance standards, and communicate critical matters clearly to senior leadership, ensuring disciplined execution throughout the project lifecycle.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead risk and opportunity workshops, ensuring mitigation strategies are defined, implemented, and continually tracked.
- Govern the project change management process, securing full compliance with PMO standards and preventing unauthorized scope deviations.
- Manage claims with external parties, preparing documentation, supporting negotiations, and ensuring on-time resolution.
- Establish and enforce project-wide standards for risk, change, and claim management across all workstreams.
- Conduct governance audits and reviews to ensure process adherence and prevent deviations.
- Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear, concise communication in a complex matrix environment.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Proven background in risk and opportunity management, change control, and claims handling.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, risk analysis methodologies, and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict‑management skills; fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Highly proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of driving adherence to standards through strong leadership.

You will join the FE PMO team within Grid Technologies, a collaborative and matrix‑driven environment where project governance, discipline, and cross‑functional coordination are essential. The team oversees high‑impact, strategic projects and ensures they are delivered with world‑class standards in risk, change, and claim management. In this expansion project, your role will be critical to safeguarding scope, budget, and timelines while guiding teams through a structured, well‑governed execution framework.
