      A Snapshot of Your Day

      Managing the critical capacity planning process for the Gas Services Solutions, Engineering Erection & Commissioning (GS SO EC) unit. To meet this objective, the role is structured around three core functions: demand forecasting and analysis, support the active capacity and utilization management, and continuous process improvement. This framework ensures that resource allocation aligns with project pipelines and strategic business needs, while also driving efficiency in the planning process itself. Given the focus on data-driven resource management, the ideal candidate will possess significant experience in capacity or workforce planning, preferably within a project-based engineering environment. Key qualifications include advanced analytical skills, proficiency in planning tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers and leadership.

      How You’ll Make an Impact

      • 40% Resource Demand Forecasting & Analysis
        • Analyze project pipelines, sales funnels, and historical data to forecast long-term and short-term resource demand.
        • Identify and model potential scenarios for resource gaps and surpluses to support strategic workforce planning.
        • Maintain and update the master demand plan based on project changes and new business opportunities.
        • Collaborate with resource managers within GS SO EC to validate and refine resource forecasts.
      • 30% Capacity & Utilization Management
        • Develop, maintain, and own the central capacity planning model for the GS SO EC organization.
        • Monitor and track real-time resource allocation, project assignments, and utilization rates.
        • Facilitate regular resource planning meetings to resolve allocation conflicts and optimize staffing across projects.
      • 30% Reporting & Process Improvement
        • Analyze existing capacity planning processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement and automation.
        • Provide data-driven recommendations to senior management to support decisions on hiring, training, and resource strategy.

      What You Bring

      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
      • Proven experience working independently on complex planning and analysis tasks as expected of a Senior Professional (P3) level.
      • 2+ years of experience in resource planning, workforce management, or project controlling, preferably in an engineering or project-driven organization.
      • Analytical & Planning (Resource Planning,Data Analysis,Analytical Skills,Demand Forecasting)
      • Process & Technical (Process Improvement, Reporting & Dashboarding,Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and Python)

      Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
